RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- No alcoholic Beverages are permitted in parks.
- All Trash must be put in cans or tightly closed in plastic bags.
- Park Hours are dawn to dusk and activities must be planned accordingly.
- The Recreation Department reserves the right to rescind any permit.
- No amplified music or sound is permitted.
- No cars are allowed to be parked inside the park grounds.
- No Car Washing or oil changing.
FEES
WEEKENDS: (Friday 12:00 noon through 10:00 PM Sunday)
A cash fee of $50.00 for West Chester Borough Residents with proof of residency and $100.00 for Non-Borough Residents.
WEEKDAYS: (Monday-Friday 12:00 noon)
$25.00 for groups of 25 or more. The Recreation Department accepts donations for use of the park for groups under 25.
No Refunds will be given under any circumstances.
KEY DEPOSIT
A $25.00 cash deposit for the key is required and will kept if the key is not returned within 5 days after the rental of the park.
