J Bar Foods has announced that around 64,020 pounds of their Eckrich smoked sausage product contains whey and casein despite the fact that the label on the item does not list those things. A 22 year-old pedestrian who was hit and killed on U.S. Highway 101 in San Mateo on Wednesday morning, was seen staggering and making hand gestures before he was killed. California Highway Patrol, received multiple calls from motorists at around 12:30am, who reported the accident.
The pedestrian was hit by a 2010 Mazda and maybe other vehicles. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. The driver of the Mazda immediately pulled over and reported the accident. The driver and his passenger were not injured. It hasn’t been determined what the pedestrian was doing on the side of the highway.
